Tim is an accomplished biblical communicator, and has shared sermons in both churches and university settings.
WHO WE ARE
Tim Watson Ministries is based in Longview, Texas and services congregations, communities, and organizations in North America and throughout the world.
From his early twenties, Dr. Tim Watson has been highly involved in congregational ministry and church development, serving as pastor for the first time at age 22.
From 2014-2026, Tim worked with the Baptist General Convention of Texas, (BGCT), also known as Texas Baptists, serving as a Congregational Strategist and Area Representative. He served over 550 congregations in the greater East Texas area on behalf of the BGCT. Tim also had the privilege of serving as the Director of the Area Representatives Team for Texas Baptists, where strategists and consultants were positioned geographically all over the state of Texas. In addition to his Area Representatives roles, from 2024-2026, Tim served as the Director of Associational Relations, servicing 85 Baptist Associations of Churches in Texas on behalf of the BGCT.

Dr. Watson aids pastors, congregations and organizations by resourcing, coaching, strategizing, and helping them reach their God-given potential.
